Please note:
To confirm your accommodation reservation, a 50% deposit of your total accommodation is required within 48 hours from date of enquiry.
The balance of your accommodation amount is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
A visitor’s code will be issued to you by the owners in order to gain entry onto the Estate – directions are attached to this visitors code
No visitors are permitted to visit Rocabella guests in their rooms
Cancellation and Fees Policy
Should you cancel your reservation you will forfeit a percentage of your deposit as follows:
1-14 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit
15-21 days prior to arrival 75% of the deposit
22-28 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
